Big Brother winner Josie Gibson has been flaunting the results of her tummy tuck.

The starlet – famed for winning the reality show in 2010 – is a notorious yo-yo dieter who has battled the bulge for many years. Now in the best shape of her life, the 32-year-old underwent the surgical procedure back in November to remove the excess skin from her body. This week she’s let the world see a glimpse of her transformation by sharing a revealing picture on social media. Along with the image, she wrote: “So happy with the results of my abdominoplasty in September. Scar is amazing and healing nicely.”

Last year, Josie freely spoke about her decision to go under the knife, revealing that she had actually been considering the procedure for three years. The reality star told New magazine: “I lost a lot of weight and had all this loose skin. I’ve been debating a tummy tuck since 2013, but I’ve always been too scared. Then there was a big debate about me having children.”

The tummy tuck isn’t the first cosmetic surgery that Josie has undergone since she shot to stardom seven years ago. Just a few years after being named the winner of Big Brother, she had a boob job to go from a size B to a DD. Discussing the breast enlargement, Josie gushed: “I feel so sexy. They just make me look a bit more like a woman instead of a Neanderthal. I was umming and ahhing about the size of them. I was going to go to a C, then a D, then a DD, but I think for my height and my frame, a C wouldn’t have made a difference. I didn’t want them too big because I still want to train hard. Now they’re not too big and they’re not too little – they’re perfect.”
